For international customers, we ship to select countries and regions for a flat rate of $20 AUD.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, so please double-check your order before purchasing.

30 Days to Return

We accept returns for damaged or incorrect items within 30 days of purchase. If your item is the wrong size or has arrived damaged, please get in touch with us through email (terranabusiness@gmail.com) or the contact page with your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll help you through the return process.

Exchanges

If you receive the wrong item or a damaged one, we’ll be happy to exchange it for the correct one. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll assist you with the process. Please note, we do not accept exchanges for change of mind (e.g., if you want to exchange for a different colour or style).
